Frequently Asked Questions
I get a warning when opening the app. What should I do?
This is normal for apps from unknown developers.
On Mac: Extract to desktop, right-click (two fingers), then Open. Approve the alert - you're done. This only appears on first launch or after updates.
On Windows: Right-click the app, select Open, then click Open Anyway in the warning window.
I'm on Mac and the previous solution didn't work.
Follow these steps:
1. Open System Preferences → Security & Privacy
2. In the General tab, you'll see a message about the blocked app. Click Open Anyway (or Allow)
3. Try launching the app again. If another confirmation appears, click Open
How much does it cost?

How many computers can I use with one subscription?
One subscription covers two computers. To link additional devices, contact us.
Where are songs downloaded?
Right-click the circle icon → Open Folder to view downloads.
Single songs → Unsorted Music folder
Playlists/Albums → Named folders
Change location in Settings (System Preferences).
I set FLAC as preferred, but it downloads MP3 instead.
Drag qualities to reorder priority. Prefer FLAC? Drag it above 320. The app will try your preferred quality first, then fall back to others if unavailable.
Press S to open Settings.
What if the app can't find the song I searched for?
If the song isn't found, the app will ask if you want to download it from YouTube instead.
What happens when downloading directly from YouTube or SoundCloud?
The app first searches all music servers. If not found: SoundCloud tracks download directly (128 quality), YouTube tracks prompt for confirmation.
Can I download from YouTube like YouTube Converter?
Yes. In Settings, enable: 'Download YouTube links directly from YouTube'
Why doesn't the app search YouTube for my song?
You likely set the YouTube download option to 'Never' in Settings.
I got an 'Unsupported Link' error. Why?
The link isn't supported by the app. Check the Supported Platforms section to see which sites are supported.
